I had an awesome stay at Hanng because it's clean, well-maintained, and super social, in a prime location. Literally a 1-minute walk to the surf beach or a supermarket. (Priorities, right?). The crew isn’t just helpful; they actually join in on the fun, making the whole experience even better in Weligama! Huge thanks to everyone! Emily, your barista-level coffees are dangerously good. Irene, your yoga sessions leave people raving all day with a big smile. Tesh and Harshit, you’re absolute gems—your local knowledge is impressive, and if you don’t know something, you’ll figure it out in no time!" I couldn’t name everyone, but what I do know is that the whole team is friendly, communication is smooth, and the reason I and so many others keep extending, is simple—we feel at home! Cheers!

During my stay at the hotel, I was truly impressed by its gorgeous concrete interior and modern renovation—everything is brand new. Everything, fantastic hostel. Good WiFi and yoga/ work out space. Good prices for food and drink. The owners are genuine and lovely people. They are so helpful! A week after I left the hostel messaged to ask a question about VISAs and they were super helpful even though I was no longer staying there. I will defo go back here again!

Great friendly place who kindly let us check in early and stay in the room the next day until our train, which was much appreciated. Clean room, good hot shower, good air conditioning, quiet location but just 5 minutes from the beach and close to several nice eateries. Fridge and kitchen area available. Lovely relaxed and welcoming vibe.

It’s newly opened and very close to beach and happening area. All were perfect for the price. Had a balcony, pool and spa on rooftop, highly recommend! Only issue is the train noise in the morning but it last only for a minute.

Lovely owner. They sell beer at the bar. 3 min walk from bus stop. Cross road and at the beach. A/C in the room. Great pool to enjoy. Wicked tank tops. Nice and big bathrooms. Wish you all the best!
