The staff are friendly and so helpful. Lost my passport (yes, I'm so clumsy) and the staff are so helpful to get more information from Subway stations I went to. Thank god, they found it in Sapporo station and I can't be thankful enough to the staff who helped me sort this out. Set aside, the hostel location is nearby Toho Line and my 7 nights stay at this hostel was awesome. Arigatou!

i arrived later than originally planned but there was so problem checking in late! staff was really nice as well. beds were comfortable and there’s a plug and little nightlight.
