Everything was perfect. Reception is open 24h, you can get some snacks and drinks in the lobby because they have a bar, they have a laundry room, provide shower gel hair, dryer, towels. The room was clean and the hotel is safe. Only guests can enter to it with the key room. Not allowed to bring other people to the hotel and you can’t also bring food or drinks from outside. It was my second stay here and this will be my choice again.

The hostel is located in about 10-15 minutes walk from Duomo and is very near to the tram stop, I had no problem getting here even after midnight. The staff was friendly and totally helpful, card access system is very convenient. Room was amazing, with very secure personal storage, great bathroom and overall comfy bed. My neighbours were great, I even almost missed check-out cause we were chatting :) There is a luggage storage room that also has storage units but be sure to bring your own lock. I didn't have one so left my backpack as is and it was fine.

People are so friendly here! Plus, the hostel can satisfy basically everything I need: the public kitchen, the two extra shared bathroom alongside the one in our room, soft bed, safe environment, great location in Milan centre and convenient pub and restaurant… They even offer ear plugs! Very considerate! Passionate and friendly staff here even sent messages to remind me of the strike information and alternative transportation route. Very lovely. Each day I was greeted by a friendly “Ciao” 😆 I love the days I spent here :)
