We were in a very bad situation as we spent the first night in Rome ou on the street, on a flight of stairs, as our previous apartment managers gave us wrong codes and we had no place to go! After hours on the phone with booking, we called Borgo Ripa about a relocation and we were kindly answered by Lorenzo and he was amazing!!! We were greeted with a big smile, he was so kind, helped us out, gave us an amazing room and let us get in right away! It really changed the game for us as we were so tired, mad and sad and it was a breathe of fresh air for us! The place is like a small villa in the middle of Rome, close to the center, nothing fancy but very stilish, super cozy and with and amazing river view! We really loved our stay and I would recommend to anyone that wants to have a cozy and comfortable experience! Thanks again to Lorenzo - you are the best 🙏

The property was great, you get a private room in a big appartment that is super calm and clean, the host was also really great, nice and welcoming, answered all our questions promptly and helped us a lot. The location is also great. Overall 10/10!
