What a great little spot ! Staff was great, washrooms and rooms were clean and kitchen was nice. My husband and I had a private room that was a short walk outside but very private and totally awesome and quiet. Couldnt tell there were other rooms around us. Definitely great value

I always stay here when I visit Inverness and have never been disappointed. The place is always clean and the facilities are very good. It's not right in town, but only a short walk. The staff are always friendly and helpful and Iwas able to take advantage of a promotion of stay 3 nights and pay for 2. Can't go wrong with that when you're on a budget

Our room for 4 was in wee garden housle with two bunk beds on each side with a space to walk in the middle. It was indeed very small, but what we liked about it was a garden table and chair in front of each garden house where we had our breakfasts and dinners. We were lucky with weather so it was lovely to dine outside.
