Very good location as it is about 5-8 mins walking distance from the bus terminal. The lady owner was friendly and hospitable. The breakfast selection was also good. Rooms were spacious and clean. We could also leave our luggage there when we went away to Torres del Paine.

Staff made us feel very welcome from the minute we arrived and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. They were very friendly and super helpful to answer any questions and provide information about the town or tours. Location is great just off center and close to everything you would need (bus station, stores, restaurants, etc.). Good breakfast with excellent coffee freshly made by the owner. Large, clean, warm and very comfy rooms. Free storage of luggage for our trip to Torres.

We especially liked the hospitality and humour of Willi and his wife. Hostal Nataly has a very cosy, homely charm and there is a lovingly prepared breakfast, with everything you need. The bed was one of the most comfortable and cosy beds we have ever had! Although we had mistakenly booked a room with 2 single beds, Willi changed our booking so that we got a room with a double bed. Just super nice and helpful! We can highly recommend Hostal Nataly and would come back anytime! :-) Thank you very much for the great stay! :-) Sarah and Tim

This is the best hostel to stay. We traveled from NY to Chile in mid Feb. Super clean and well kept. The staff is amazing and friendly, specially Camilia who was helpful and professional. They also keep your luggage during the trekking. 5 min walking distance from a bus station. We will come back for sure. I recommend this hostel 200% out of 100. Book it now!

Staff was nice, hostel accommodating to backpacker guests. Good wifi. Room smelled a little moldy but was cleaned well.

- Juan, one of the owners, was incredibly helpful with answering all our questions around the W-Trek - Our double room was very comfortable with a big window to the courtyard - Kitchen is very clean and well maintained - Nice vibe and friendly travellers - Good rental gear - Great location - One of the best hostels we stayed during our trip through Patagonia

This is one of the nicest hostels I have stayed in. The hosts are incredibly kind, the rooms and common areas are clean and well equipped and its a small cosy hostel with a great location and super helpful and kind people. There are options to hire equipment for trekking, bikes and car hire and they allowed me to store bags and wait there before the ferry. Really great place would recommend

Great hostel with a lot of people starting the W or O trek in Torres Del Paine, with a 20-30s demographic generally, so a lively place. They offer equipment rentals (for a cheaper price). The location was quite central whilst not too close. The free wifi was good and staff were very friendly. The place is double door locked so safe as well. The bathrooms were as expected for a hostel.
