All the people is friendly and smiling, we had a good dinner twice during our stay, clean and comfortable room, towels and soap available, 15/20 minutes from the metro, the garden is quiet and worth staying to relax.

The location is excellent, near the train station to goto Ganthe and Bruges, and walking distance to the historical center. The staff was very nice and helpful all the time. The mattres was a bit unconfortable because It was sunken, but this is a common problem in almost all hostels.
