At the homestay, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. It was very clean, the view from rooftop was amazing, and the breakfast as well.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Every room comes with a balcony with views of the lake. Spacious and clean room with a desk, air purifier and a/c (with heater option for the cold months!). Nice bathroom with hot water and towels provided. The family is incredibly generous and hospitable. They gave us warm jackets to wear as we only had summer clothes haha, and often shared food with us. We could get water and cook in their kitchen independently too. They also did our laundry without charge. Definitely recommended if you prefer to be located outside of the city, or if you want to work online (as we did). There is a bus that you can take to get to the centre for cheap.

The location was very near the lake <5min walk away. There were many amenities such as spa (located just below), food places, shopping streets all within walking distance. The room was very clean and pleasant with good quality soap, bedding, mini fridge, tea, books, TV. Host was extremely friendly, even helped us buy fruits when requested.

Communicating with him was very easy and he was always ready to help. Price is very low, and you get everything you need (at least I had everything I need). Very good location: Hanoi Train Street is in 5 minutes walk from the place. Also, I told a host that I'm digital nomad (a kind of), and while I was not asking for anything, I was almost immediately provided with a convenient table.
