Staff were so friendly and helpful, even helping me retrieve my phone after I left it in a taxi! I couldn’t recommend Pia Homestay more.

The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. We stayed at this homestay twice and honestly, both times were great. The room was super comfy, very clean, and the self-check-in was smooth and just made sense, no hassle at all. The location is in a good area, and for the price (much cheaper than what we found on booking websites). Communication was super fast and easy through WhatsApp, which made everything so convenient. They also offer a bunch of handy services like laundry and transportation. We asked if they could arrange a limousine van for two people to Hanoi, with pickup from the homestay, and they organized everything quickly. We specifically wanted to pay in cash instead of booking online, and they made that possible without any issue. All in all, a very comfortable and well-organized place to stay. We'd definitely recommend!

Everything is really clean, and in general, we felt that every little detail has been thought of to make you feel comfortable... The breakfast was rich, big and delicious... The coffee is excellent... And the garden!!! Feels like The Secret Garden ... It's true that it's not in the city center but the walk is really not terrible and it's totally worth the peace you get from the place

She was kind enough to make sure that there was a place for us to rest after we got there at 4:30 off a sleeper bus. Even though there was a language barrier she was also instructed us on exactly how to get to and from the Ban Gioc waterfall and helped us in many other ways. I cannot recommend enough.

Vân is incredibly nice and made my visit excellent. She took extra effort to make sure that my bike was safely stored inside, and she had good recommendations. I really enjoyed the tea she made and getting to talk to her. I highly recommend that you stay at Mây homestay.
