Vila Nova Milfontes is a lovely little seaside town and we’re glad we found this wonderful B&B which is just a few steps away from cafes, shops and restaurants. Room is simple and great value for money. Parking is free and easy, just outside the B&B. The beach is about 10mins walk away and the lighthouse (great place for sunset) another 15mins.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Castle House and Beach features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. With garden views, this accommodation provides a patio. The homestay has family rooms. Wonderful host!! He helped us with our luggage all the way to the hotel from our car and gave us a perfect recommendation for a dinner spot!. Look for the street number above the door. Host met us at the door. Free parking in the village was close to the hotel. Host is very responsive to any messages. We would recommend and would stay there again!

We were blown away by the attention to detail throughout the property, with tasteful decor. The value for money is unbelievable. For such a generous room size and high-quality amenities, it truly exceeded our expectations. We had a great night’s sleep! A special shoutout to Vitor, who made our stay even more memorable. His hospitality and attentiveness were outstanding, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend Casa dos Bijos enough, this place is a hidden gem. We’ll definitely be back!

The property is around 14 km from Pessegueiro Island, 19 km from Sardao Cape and 26 km from Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina. Every room comes with a patio with inner courtyard views. We had a lovely one night stay at Miguel's place. Quiet and safe area. Very modern, tasteful, clean and nice room. Bathroom is spacious and beautiful. AC works perfectly and runs quietly. Bed was super comfortable. The window door that leads to the patio has an electric shutter which provides total privacy in the room. Everything is new and well looked after. There are details like hangers to dry your swim suits and towels. There is a coffee machine and water cooker with tea and coffee on the common patio, which is decorated with nice furniture and plants. The host Miguel is very attentive. Beautiful Vila Nova de Milfontes is just around the corner, Porto Covo is 15 minutes by car. Check-in was comfortable, a video was provided which explained everything. We would stay there again anytime.
