The description and photos matched my expectations. Very friendly staff, location is away from the business of the plaza de armas, and transportation is good via taxi or bus. If you need wheelchair access or no-steps room, be sure to contact them directly if possible to make it happen. Excellent hotel, I would highly recommend. The city of Ayacucho and its people have much to offer, and teach, to any visitor: clean, fun, respectful, and hospitable. Much to see and do there, the zoo, trips to Quinua, Wari, Pikimachay, etc.

A minimarket is available at the homestay. The property appears to be pretty new and therefore very clean and updated. The kitchen was great, modern and clean. A nice area on the rooftop to hangout as well as great wifi. Staff was wonderful, very kind and helpful. I’d strongly recommend to stay here if you’re in Ayacucho!
