We had the most beautiful room and enjoyed the outdoor seating and pool facility. The staff were extremely helpful, giving us detailed advice on attractions before we even checked in. We were thrilled to learn that we could see turtles in the ocean at the property and bioluminescence in the night. Peaceful location right on the beach.

Guests at the guest house can enjoy a continental breakfast. This was a perfect experience and definitley the highlight of our trip. The hospitality of Amur was awesome. Since we did not have 4*4 WD he provided our transfer. Our tent was comfortable with private bathroom. The showers were outside. After arriving to the camp we were welcomed with fruitbasked, dates spiced with a bit cumin& sesame and Omani coffee and tea. We had a car ride on the dunes for sunset. Our driver was friendly and experienced. Before dinner, Amur made bread from the scratch on camp fire. Dinner was delicious. We had salad, traditional bread soaked in sauce, rice with chicken and camel meet skewer. If you are vegetarian they prepare your meal accordingly. His family also came to the camp and welcomed us warm heartedly. After dinner his children sung and made music and we all danced together. At night the sky is cristal clear and full with stars. You can enjoy it next to campfire. You will sleep very well since the inside of the tent is dark and there is no voice except the rooster from another camp who has a funny time feeling:) beds are comfortable and you have 2 little windows for fresh air. There is light within the tent and bathroom. For shower torch is also provided. Breakfast was very good. We had crêpe, omlet, joghurt with raisin and pomegranate. Since it was eid, goat meat and honey was served as well. Camel ride, bike ride are also available. I do recommend this place and we will definitley plan another trip with Amur for another desert trip.

The homestay features mountain views, a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. We regretted not taking several days in this beautiful cottage. Everything was available in the bathroom including shower products, toothbrushes and slippers. Small bottles of water in the bedrooms in the fridge were also available. Everything was clean, air conditioning in every room and a fan in the lounge. The service was first class, if you needed anything you could contact the owner. I highly recommend the dinner which was just amazing with good portions. There was also a projector available, which is just an incredible idea for watching a film on the roof in the evening, it's really nice.
