Apart from that the place itself is very comfortable and gives it a warm homely feeling. Highly recommended..

Situated in Kaikoura, 1.3 km from Kaikoura Beach, Austin Heights - Kaikoura features a garden and views of the garden. The guest house features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Everything suited our requirements for accommodation whilst on the road. I would not recommend it for those without own transport though as it is a little way from shops & waterfront.

Really nice stay for two nights. Perfectly located for both Alex and Clyde. Lovely friendly hosts. Beautifully furnished and clean. Would happily stay again.

It is the first room we stay that looks like brand new, it is super clean.
