We appreciate the effort put into providing such a nice space for travelers The dad picked us up at the bus station and gave us a ride to the bank another day. He didn’t ask for payment but he definitely earned and deserved a gratuity. Very thoughtful family.

Grandpa and Grandma don't speak English but the little grand kid came to help. Everyone was super friendly. The beautiful rooms are new or at least they look like it. I had a balcony with sea view which was really nice. I went to a really nice little spot to swim 'Borova žuma beach' in the morning which is tucked away to the south of Ulcinj. You can drive there, at least in middle of June, and find plenty of car parks.

This 3-star guest house offers private entrance. My mother and I spent 3 weeks in this appartment. The owner has offerened us a better room than we booked. The room had a wonderful seaview. Since it was a low season we felt as very special guests. You shouldnt expect any luxus in this hotel, but you get everything you need for the money you paid. You can cook your own meals, internet is good, all the beaches are in the walking distance. The area is safe and quiet. Supermarket Franka is 300 m away. The owner is very hospitable and helpful. Very nice budget-friendly place. We spent a few days on the beach Mala Plaza, the water in November is still good around + 20 C The beaches are empty, what I like most in this season. The water is crystal clean. After swim you can enjoy a cup of coffee in a cafe. Very peaceful atmosphere, compared with summer season.

The property is located 5 minutes by car from the sandy beach, we had a large room, beautifully decorated, large balcony, very comfortable bed and pillow, very clean and well maintained. There is a covered garage. The breakfast was very tasty, varied, every morning we had something else, home-cooked food. We served breakfast in a splendid orange garden. Pasha, his daughter and his wife know how to treat their guests, they were very kind, they helped us with advice about beaches, restaurants, places to visit. Also, we were able to buy a very good olive oil from them. I recommend, this is the best place in Ulcinj!
