So first off, the owner guy is an extremely sweet gentleman, I had mistakenly booked a single room for myself and my spouse but, he accomodated us in the same price and let us stay at the single room it had a queen size bed so we were totally comfortable. He also made us a DELICIOUS breakfast the next morning and it was all local cuisine which we thoroughly enjoyed. The room was clean, fridge was well stocked with water, the bathroom was good in size and overall GREAT value for money. The guest house is located a little bit inside the jungle so it was beautiful during the day.

We stayed 2 nights on this beautiful location with beautiful people. The very nice room was situated in a little house with a nice terrace outside. So clean and looked as a totally new place. The service was brilliant. We got all the help we needed. For example for getting a transfer to the pidurangala ( at 5 0’clock in the morning) and a very good taxi driver who took us to our next location (very long drive/ the taxi driver gave us a roadtrip with visits to special places). Dew Ashi Homestay fica em Sigiriya, a 5,9 km de Sigiriya Rock e a 9 km de Pidurangala Rock, além de oferecer acomodações com Wi-Fi grátis e um jardim com um terraço e acesso a uma piscina coberta. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful the entire stay. The room was so clean and comfortable with everything needed. In a very scenic location. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Sigiriya!

After somewhat difficult arrival because of the night rain and small car we had :-) we were kindly welcomed by our nice host Kumari, with whom we had an really interesting evening conversations during our stay. The room is nice and equipped. The breakfast was very good, freshly prepared, with local specialities. Located in a small settlement inside the jungle, one can really enjoy the nature around - and visit Sigiriya and surroundings.

This place was incredible. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and comfortable. The gardens are absolutely gorgeous and due to the heavy rain when we visited we spent a lot of time drinking tea and sitting on the covered porch. The hosts were very attentive and available but not over bearing. They gave us tuk tuk rides at a good price to pidurangala rock and Sigiriya rock. The room was spotless and so comfortable. We’ve been in Sri Lanka now for 2 weeks and this was our favourite accommodation.

The owner has a large orchard. In a corner of the orchard, there is a beautiful botanical garden, which was designed by the owner himself. We stayed in this botanical garden. You can imagine how beautiful it is! In addition, the hotel owner has a very polite son and a naughty and lovely daughter. We felt very happy playing with them.

These are hard working people that are doing their best to make people feel welcome and comfortable. Both of which I did.

Hotel Hanguk Villa oferece acomodação com jardim, estacionamento privativo grátis, terraço e restaurante em Dambulla. Sigiriya Rock fica a 17 km de distância. The owner picked us up at the bus stop and welcomed us with a fresh drink. We were happy to stay at this villa. The room has everything you need, the ac, the fan and it was very clean. It is located a bit far from the center but we liked it even more, because it was super calm. The owner also dropped us at the temple entrance and picked us up from there on his tuktuk all at the price of pick me app. Then the other day he drove us to sigiriya and even packed us a breakfast to go (tip: put it in your backpack), showed us other places on the way back and then helped us arrange a jeep trip to the national park with the elephants. The breakfast and dinner we had there were delicious. The staff is extremely polite and friendly!
