At the same time the house is 5 minutes walking distance to the the Sri Lankan, Citizenship and Immigration office building, where they handle everything from NIC, to Visa to Passport. If you have business with Sri Lankan government, the prefect place to stay. About 10 minutes walking distance there is the board walk area along side, Diyawanna Lake, with parks, bicycle tracks, fast food and fine restaurants, street shops and other facilities. About 30 minutes drive to One Galle Face Mall and Port City Colombo. About 45 minutes drive to the Colombo Bandaranaike International airport.
