Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The guest house features family rooms. This was a fantastic choice. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a truly comfortable stay. Every detail is carefully considered — from convenient appliances to even an orthopedic pillow. I would call it a smart home, but with a user-friendly and intuitive setup. We were warmly welcomed by the wonderful host, Andrea, who explained everything clearly. Before check-in, we were also able to leave our luggage, which was very convenient. Guests have access to a shared kitchen stocked with a wide variety of hot and cold drinks — there were probably around 10 types of tea alone! There were also many snacks available. Everything was impeccably clean, neatly arranged, and clearly prepared with care and attention to detail. Helpful native-language instructions were available for all the appliances, making everything easy to use. The property is located in a lovely neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, and a beautiful park. Despite the central location, the apartment itself was quiet and perfect for a restful stay.

Wellness Smart Suites is set in Bolzano and has a heated pool and garden views. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. The studios are located in a quiet area north of Bolzano, about 15 minutes walk from the center. The place is beautiful, comfortable, everything is new and perfectly equipped, down to the smallest detail. Although the reason for my stay was very complicated (I was accompanying my husband in the hospital after a very serious accident), staying in this studio has made me feel better. Paolo, the landlord, was always concerned that I was well, he solved all my doubts and helped me when I needed it. As I had to go to and from the hospital several times a day, Paolo offered me to rent a bike to move around the city. It was the best decision, the bike is brand new, it works great and Bolzano is a perfect city to get around by bike. I can only recommend this place, I will remember it fondly despite the harsh circumstances and I hope to return one day to enjoy it as it deserves.

Very good location with good connection to the city center. Elastic check-in time, nice room and very warm welcome from the host. We were only for one night but everything was fine.

Excellent location for day trips into the Dolomites. The facility is located next to rippling stream, accommodations just off a main road but secluded by trees. It's a little paradise. The clean and comfortable room provided us with a small kitchen, just what we needed. The host was gracious and welcoming, providing us with travel details and area recommendations. We will return one day.

This place is exceptional! The room was incredibly spacious, warm, modern, and cozy, equipped with every comfort you could need. The location is unbeatable—right in the old town of Vipiteno/Sterzing, just steps away from the iconic Zwölferturm (Torre dei Dodici). The staff was so friendly and welcoming; I felt pampered from the moment I arrived. They informed me right away about an event happening the evening of my stay, which included music until midnight. To ensure my comfort, they assigned me a room on the opposite side of the hotel from the event. The rooms are well soundproofed, so I wasn’t disturbed at all. You can dine at the restaurant on the ground floor, also run by the hotel owners. The food is delicious and high quality, offering a mix of local specialties and classic Italian dishes like pizza. Breakfast on certain days is served at a nearby pastry shop, just a short walk from the hotel. The staff there was also very welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast options were great. All of this reflects the incredible hospitality of Südtirol, which made me feel at home in the best possible way. Congratulations to Evi and Ulli for everything! This is truly a wonderful place with top-notch hospitality.

Close to lake and excellent access to the mountains. Great bathroom. Plenty of facilities (tea/coffee making equipment) and well equipped shared kitchen. Loved the sauna. Very reasonably priced essentials available from Thomas (beer/wine/fresh bread/local produce). Lovely family running the business.
