The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had limited variety, but it was really delicious. The pool area was fantastic. We could enjoy most of the time alone.

There's a few restaurants within walking distance, plus money changer and small supermarket. Easy access to all parts of Ubud. Also, if you know how to drive a two wheeler, they will arrange it.

Made was an amazing host, let’s start there. He's kind, the place is spotless and well maintained. The construction next door runs from 9 AM to 4 PM. I didn’t find it too disruptive. The hotel is about a 10 minute bike ride from the center, but if you prefer to stay in, you have everything you need. A quality supermarket, Petito, is just down the street, and Pondok Panji has a fully equipped kitchen. I highly recommend it.
