She was very helpful with all our questions (even before our stay). She even offered going to the closest pharmacy for us when we needed some meds. The condition of the rooms is perfect. We were impressed with how clean they were upon our arrival, and there's a common section in which pretty much anything you need is available. The grill section is also really good. As of the location, it's perfect for a relaxed vacation in a very calm part of the island. The best restaurants are just a couple blocks away, and you can find insane beaches if you take a little walk.
