We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast in the peaceful courtyard under lemon trees – fresh fruit and vegetables, Greek yogurt, cereals, delicious bread, cheese, salami, boiled eggs, sweet and savory pastries, and great tea. It was a perfect way to start the day. The location of Vila Kriezi is ideal – just about a 7-minute walk from the port, which made exploring the town easily and catching boats very convenient, yet it’s tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. There are several charming tavernas and restaurants just a short stroll from Vila Kriezi, offering authentic Greek cuisine—from fresh seafood by the waterfront to cozy family-run spots serving classic local specialties. This authentic place with heartfelt Greek hospitality truly elevated our stay and left us with warm memories.

The property features city and inner courtyard views, and is 600 metres from Port of Spetses. The guest house has family rooms. I loved everything about this property, the room is very nicely done, very comfy bed, spacious, there is a sofa, big balcony, coffee machine with daily supply of capsules, tea and water, the shower is extremely nice and also the toiletries are 1st class, all made in Greece. The room is cleaned daily with daily change of bedding and towels. The breakfast is amazing, you will find everything there and their coffee is excellent as well as pastries and fruits. The staff is the best, they listen to any request and make sure they fulfill it. I am truly impressed by this place and will definitely come again! And also I forgot to mention the location of this property is perfect, close to Harbour and downtown. So I give it 20 out of 10

It’s right next to the famous movie theater and the house of Bouboulina, a Greek female war hero. It was a very easy walk to the port, public bus to the beaches, and shops/restaurants. The villa was perfectly clean and a very modern, comfortable room. The AC was great and I had a small balcony to dry my clothes. The bathroom was very modern with a wonderful shower! As a solo female traveler, I felt so safe here. The owner, Lia, could not be kinder. I can’t wait to come back!

Free private parking is available and the guest house also features bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. Everything was great. Full service. Cleaning every day. The breakfast basket replenished every morning. After checkout, we were offered to leave our luggage in the hotel. Before our ferry was leaving, the host brought it to us to the port free of charge.
