Featuring a balcony with sea views, a private beach area and a garden, Porto Kale Guesthouse can be found in Pórto Káyio, close to Porto Kayio Beach and 36 km from Caves of Diros. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The guest house provides garden views, a picnic area and a 24-hour front desk. We stayed for one night (but I wish we’d stayed for two nights at least). Porto Kagio is a very small intimate charming little village stretched across the beach of a small cove. A wonderful getaway spot with stunning views on the approach. The owner Panayioti was kind and generous, offering to help with our bags then bringing us coffee on our patio. Our room was charming and well appointed, with a cupboard, a desk, a suitcase rack, and a little fridge. Clean with a comfortable bed. We had a patio with a sea view and we were a short stroll to the beach. Breakfast was served on the top floor patio although the owner offered to serve us on our patio. Breakfast itself was fine although myself I would have liked some fresh fruit too. We did an easy walk around to the point where there is a little church and a stunning view back to the cove. We ate fresh and perfectly cooked fish at Taverna Porto right on the beach. An enjoyable time altogether.

Very nice location, Veru cozy hotel with spacious rooms. Excellent for families with small children. Wonderfull lady running the place.

Situated 11 km from Caves of Diros, Grandpa's home offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. The property has mountain and garden views. The guest house features sea views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. We had a wonderful time staying in the historic fortified settlement in the centre of Areopoli. The location was fantastic - so close to the museum, shops and restaurants. We stayed in a separate private apartment within the courtyard of the family home. We felt extremely privileged to have the opportunity to stay with Nickolas and Stavroula and have an authentic experience of Greek family life. The terrace where we had our breakfast and drinks in the evening was private with wonderful views of the coast and traditional Maniot towers. Nickolas and Stavroula were very hospitable and helpful.
