The family is always available and happy to help with anything you might need, and their hospitality really made my stay special. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The location is also perfect—right in the heart of town, just a short walk from many of Tbilisi’s main attractions, cozy cafes, and lively streets. What truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere - peaceful, inviting, and full of heart. It felt more like staying with friends than in a hotel. I can’t recommend 9 Doors Hotel enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Tbilisi!

The place is located right in the heart of Tbilisi with a miraculous view of the city😍 The breakfasts were personally cooked by the owner, which made it feel like home, and they were very delicious and served well! Will be coming back for sure!

It is a true guesthouse in a local resident compound. If you like this type of accommodations , you love it. Don’t be put off by the entrance and the external facade. The lady host is very sweet and very nice. She was there to greet us at 4am! We returned to the same place when back from our tour. Parking is available You will need to climb 3-+1 stairs just be advised. Room is basic but comfortable, has TV and Fridge. Great view
