The room was large, and very clean. As was the whole pension. The beds were very comfortable. The location and the pension was very quiet and calm. Parking was excellent. Access to the autobahn was quick and easy. The hosts were excellent.

Este hotel histórico de Rothenburg ob der Tauber fica a apenas 100 metros da Igreja de Sankt Jakob. - Very very unique and old looking interior, a great thing for old stuff lovers - the exterior of the hotel - a front place outside for working, drinking coffee - very good breakfast and omelette (like at home), food was of high quality. - the woman from breakfast was always very nice -Location is very good - when we used the “no disturb” the cleaning staff made sure to leave some towels and shower gel next to the door which was very attentive, it is the first hotel who does this.

It’s clear that this is a family business run with true heart, and we felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. Honestly, we wish we could’ve stayed longer! The location was also perfect—just a quick, easy 5- to 7-minute walk into the center of town for dinner, ice cream, or anything else we needed. Burgau itself is adorable and peaceful, and best of all, it’s extremely close to Legoland Germany, which made things really convenient for our group. We booked four different rooms for four different families, and each of us (without even comparing notes!) commented on how wonderful the hotel was. It was such a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone. Breakfast deserves a special mention—especially for our younger kids who aren’t quite used to the typical European offerings. The inclusion of scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, along with pastries and other options, made all the difference for them. It was the perfect way to start our mornings before heading out. Truly a memorable stay—thank you to the amazing team for everything!

It's a beautiful hotel that immerses you in history. It's very well preserved. It's very well located. The staff are very friendly. We loved the hotel. I highly recommend it.

The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. It was clean and comfortable. Hosts were very welcoming. The view was amazing. Good location, very close to the train station.
