We enjoyed our time with staff, food was delicious and plentiful. There recommendations for food off site was equally spot on. They went above and beyond. We had a medical issue and they accompanied us to the hospital to be sure all was taken care of. We have never been more impressed.

Accomodation is central located, near bus station and Tianmen Mountain cable car station, also streets full of restaurants or shops one may need. Room was comfortable and spacious. There was nothing missing for our needs.

I liked everything, especially our dear Cherry, who speaks very well english and helped us a lot with everything we need, also taking tickets at good price for National Park and others,explaining what to do there. The location is few minutes walking from the entrance of Wulingyuan Scenic Area. Lot of tasty and cheap food near hotel. Room clean, very nice, everyday change towels, give you free water, also coffee if you want. I am so happy i choose this one, and met her and her family. They are devotated and help you with all you need.Also help us book train tickets. Learn us how to come and go by bus, to be cheaper. It is 2 minutes from bus station. The area very nice to walk and enjoy. If i could, i would give more than 10.

Ms. Rebecca, booked us the entrance ticket for national park without any additional fee, planned the attractions for us on the map and also delivered us to the park entrance for free. It was the great plan and she made the best experience for us at this city. Afrer coming back so hungry in the afternoon, she served a hot food. Delicious breakfast that you can choose from the menu in advance. About the room, it was so clean, and have every things that you need. The most surprised facility is washing machine, you can use it for free, it was super. Totally, this place was not a temporary stay for, there was my house.
