Petar and Pepi are very nice and acommodating, they were available to answer all of our questions and we really appreciated that. We also loved the option of serving breakfast on-property, at the time of our choice and very cheap and tasty. Not having a car, Petar also helped take us to the slopes in the morning with his van, so the relative distance to the Gondola (15-20 minutes by foot) did not make a difference - we were still among the first ones in queue, which really helped with reducing our waiting time. The property is nice and picturesque, and we were not cold during the night. We also found the mini-fridge in the room very useful. We had a particularly noteworthy and positive experience: due to a misunderstanding, we didn’t request a baby bed in advance. Even though there was no staff available at the time we arrived, someone came back especially to set up a baby bed in our room. That was truly exceptional service and showed great care and attentiveness. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend this hotel.
