The food was some of the best I’ve had in Albania. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. They were incredibly helpful, especially guiding me through the logistics for the Valbonë to Theth hike, which I had planned for the next morning. And the view from the terrace? Unbelievable! Surrounded by stunning mountains, it was incredibly serene. I genuinely regret not booking a longer stay. I’ll absolutely be coming back – next time for more than just one night. There is also a really nice restaurant/lounge area where you can order food at and get cold drinks. There is also a small little shop nearby the entrance where you can get "supermarket" items. The staff was super friendly and approachable and did a lot to make sure that we felt welcome. They also allowed us to "upgrade" to a room with a balcony on the second day which was a nice addition.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. This was the absolute perfect stay after our long hiking day. The room was so clean with the most beautiful view from the window. We were welcomed by Tati’s sweet daughter Lina offering us mountain tea and a cute note from her sister Lori. Tati, our host, was so kind and did everything to make sure we were well taken care of. She cooked amazing dinner and breakfast for us and accommodated a vegetarian preference. In the evening, we enjoyed drinks around the bonfire. We were even able to do our laundry. We wish we could have stayed longer, everything was perfect.

Lovely stay in a beautiful and calm area at the very end of Valbona and on the way to the Theth-Valbona hike. Amazing host who made our stay comfortable and helped us get to the pharmacy/doctor when needed. The food is delicious, copious and reasonably priced (@ 10€ pp. as of July '25). Definitely recommend if you're looking for a calm and clean stay.

The hotel is located on a hill, with a stunning view over the rivers and the mountains. - It's a 10 min walk downhill (take 15 min uphill) to go to the river - We took the ferry from Koman to Fierze and than took a taxi to the hotel. We wanted to go by foot but it was too long of a walk, especially since you still have to walk uphill to reach the hotel. - The staff is super friendly. Some of them have a basic understanding of English, but they always managed to get everything arranged perfectly. - The food is very good - The rooms are modern, clean and well equipped, including a good air-conditioning. The bed was fantastic, good quality mattress and pillows to fall asleep with. - The little houses are a fun concept for a hotel :)

The staff were a family that were extremely kind and always helpful and hospitable a loving manifestation of the Albanian spirit of hospitality even without perfect english for the non Albanian speaking people they somehow managed to communicate effectively and leave a lasting impression on most guests i saw there besides me that is an albanian Speaker.As for my experience they made me feel like im actually home and part of the same family and i felt like i was in my own home I will definitely come again.The location is also mesmerizing and excellent located very centrally so you have access to various parts of the village in similar walking distances.
