This property is magical and is run by the a group thoughtful and considerate people. First, the gardens are amazing. There are flowers blooming everywhere and small canals throughout the grounds. The food is exceptional. The rooms are comfortable with excellent wifi access. We managed to get in a couple of video calls with no issue. The staff was helpful with organizing activities. But mostly we organized our own plans and enjoyed wandering the small rural village.

Mekong Farmstay is so much better than the listing suggests. It’s an authentic stay in a small village where everyone smiles and says hello to you yet it’s easily reached from Can Tho. Human is a wonderful guy who couldn’t do more for you. He told us so much about the local area that we wouldn’t have learnt without his guidance. The food served is excellent and the additional tours are well worth it. We did the morning floating market tour & visit to a local rice noodle factory. The wifi signal is excellent. There are bikes for visiting local places. The local village has several cafes, snack & fruit shops and even restaurants. Book at least 2 nights. It’s well worth it.

Busa and his family are extremely welcoming and kind. Breakfast and dinner we're always delicious any picky eater request was accommodated. Thanks to the family for sharing such lovely rooms with us. The house is new and beautiful, with an elevator. The dining area has a small kitchen that's fully equipped—with an induction cooktop, microwave, dishes, and even essentials like fish sauce, soy sauce, cooking oil, and a full set of spices. Man, the young host, was super thoughtful and paid attention to everything we needed.

    Lovely property. It was very clean, the host, Tuan, was lovely and accomodating and the area was very cool. It was so great to be able to see how the locals live along the Meekong and such a unique experience to have in Vietnam. The food cooked by Tuan and the home stay was a highlight!     Our 1 week stay at Farmer Homestay was the absolute highlight of our 11 weeks in Vietnam from mid December 2023 until end of February 2024. We were lucky and honored to be able to spend Tet Holiday with the host family and loved every minute of it - we have made friends for life ❤️

    This is a lovely place with a lovely host family. The market tour is very good, especially the part on land. In the evening you cook what you told Tuan to buy in the morning. Lots of delicious food, lots of things we never saw! A very comfortable pool. We were there on Christmas and Tuan ordered a Caraoke machine. We had lots of fun!

    This homestay is really homey and has very pleasant decoration! The family is very peaceful and the host helped me so much booking buses and everything I wanted to do, and finding good food. I felt very much at home here. The homestay is in a quiet area but you can bike anywhere with the free bikes they lend you. Thanks so much for having me and being great hosts!!! <3

    Tuan is a great host, and the homestay is very clean and charming! Perfect also to share nice moments with the others guests. We strongly recommend to visit floating and land markets with Tuan!
