The accommodation is amazing, peaceful, pretty, even better than the pictures! On top of that, of course, the staff. Hard workers, who do it with a smile. Need anything? Just ask! They go the extra mile to assist you. We also booked the floating market tour, which was incredible, thanks to proper organization and the sweetest guide. Definitely recommend!

Super friendly hosts, super clean, and comfortable , really helpful. They arranged for us a tour, floating market, extremely good, it was also my birthday while there, when we arrived back to the room the host's gad made a birthday card for me with 2 beers for us to enjoy, celebrate!!! Great surprise súper sweet!!! I would recommend everyone to stay here!!!

Amazing place, amazing owner, amazing staff. That's all what we can say. We felt at home, warmly welcomed. Food was amazing too. Tuan is a great host who will help you as much as he can and even beyond. Rooms are very clean and big. The swimming pool is so relaxing with the Jacuzzi included. Biking around is relaxing. Sunset tour is worth it (Relaxing boat tour) and the Early Floating Market tour is truly impressive thanks to TUAN especially when you go to the land market and Tuan buys all what you would like to eat it in the evening. So dreamy and beautiful! This place was on my bucket list and I’m so glad we stayed here! The water front villa was stunning, dinner was yummy and staff was super helpful. They also organised for us the floating market trip and it was so worth it! Love love love!!

Thanks to the family for sharing such lovely rooms with us. The house is new and beautiful, with an elevator. The dining area has a small kitchen that's fully equipped—with an induction cooktop, microwave, dishes, and even essentials like fish sauce, soy sauce, cooking oil, and a full set of spices. Man, the young host, was super thoughtful and paid attention to everything we needed.

We had an awesome stay with Jimmy and his little family at his homestay. We actually stayed at his other homestay the first night, then moved to this one after. (There was a booking change and this house had more rooms). The other homestay is a quaint little loft room in the family home, but this one was far more modern and spacious. Jimmy speaks pretty good English, which made communicating easy, and he went the extra mile to show us around and show us where to get local food etc. Jimmy also runs tours through a few travel agency platforms, but we just organised something with him directly. He took us on a river boating trip, which was very peaceful, and Jimmy gave some great insight into the life of the locals along the waterways. We visited the floating markets in Can Tho where boats and vendors traded fresh produce and local meals. We visited local rice noodle producers’ workshop and a small fruit farm. We then transitioned onto bicycles at a temple (Jimmy arranged prior) and rode through the countryside — past rice paddies, quaint villages, blacksmiths, local diners — seeing how people live, working in fields, kids waving, the smell of cooking in small roadside kitchens. Visiting the local artisans and blacksmiths was a highlight: and we had some of the regions best noodles at a little lunch stop where you have to press the noodles yourself. In the homestay, Jimmy was around if you needed something but not overbearing; he was good for a chat over a beer to get an idea about culture and the struggles of Vietnam. He’s politically savvy. Can Tho isn’t exactly a hotspot of action and you only need a few days there but definitely enhanced our trip. If we stayed in Saigon the whole time, we wouldn’t have seen the more authentic aspects of Vietnam. Jimmy cooked for us on the last night, which was super generous. We felt very grateful at the end for everything he did.

    Lovely property. It was very clean, the host, Tuan, was lovely and accomodating and the area was very cool. It was so great to be able to see how the locals live along the Meekong and such a unique experience to have in Vietnam. The food cooked by Tuan and the home stay was a highlight!     Our 1 week stay at Farmer Homestay was the absolute highlight of our 11 weeks in Vietnam from mid December 2023 until end of February 2024. We were lucky and honored to be able to spend Tet Holiday with the host family and loved every minute of it - we have made friends for life ❤️

    This is a lovely place with a lovely host family. The market tour is very good, especially the part on land. In the evening you cook what you told Tuan to buy in the morning. Lots of delicious food, lots of things we never saw! A very comfortable pool. We were there on Christmas and Tuan ordered a Caraoke machine. We had lots of fun!

    This homestay is really homey and has very pleasant decoration! The family is very peaceful and the host helped me so much booking buses and everything I wanted to do, and finding good food. I felt very much at home here. The homestay is in a quiet area but you can bike anywhere with the free bikes they lend you. Thanks so much for having me and being great hosts!!! <3
