We were a large group visiting Hoi An to attend a wedding. The property was nice and all bedrooms have their own dedicated bathrooms, and beach was just next door.. However, the most exceptional part of the stay was our host, Tri and the team. Tri was super kind and arranged all our travel needs. The local food and coffee recommendations were spot on and he was always available to help us with our queries. Tri got in touch well before the arrival and arranged many reservations for us in advance. Many thanks and look forward to staying again 😀.

Loved everything about staying here. The rooms are spacious and clean, with free water, tea & a fridge. Tandoan and his family are the best hosts! My mum had a leg injury and he upgraded my parents into the big room and always made sure she’s doing okay. He even offered to take her to the doctor. The breakfast was perfect as well. It’s a quiet location and only a short walk to the beach and restaurants & cafes. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Em and her staff are incredible! The room and property were exceptional for the price. The staff will take care of so many things for guests to make the stay convenient. It’s located right across the street from where all the main shopping starts and is about 1 kilometer to the lively bars. The beach is a 10-15 minute ride away.

I just loved everything about the hostel. It felt really like a home. The staff was always so kind and lovely. Everything was clean and decorated with love. The staff came every morning/ evening, did your bed and put the Moskito net up/ down. I just felt so carried. Also the breakfast was so delicious. I would definitely come back! The stay was stunning. The couple's hosts were welcoming and cared quite well for our needs. They prepared us with a lovely room overlooking the garden and pool. We could taste some local noodle dishes for breakfast and lunch, like Vietnamese spicy beef noodle soup or Hue beef noodle soup, which were excellent. We recommend it without hesitation. It is in a neighborhood with many tall trees, away from the hustle and bustle of the Center of Hoi An, suitable for someone who likes the peaceful. Sitting under the tree or enjoying coffee under the stars, they have a small garden decorated with many tiny LED lights, which is quite chill. Also, it is only a 3-5 minute scooter ride from the center, or you can use their bicycle for free if you want to ride around and around to discover more about the city. They are adorable. The accommodation is excellent and very cozy.

We really loved our stay at Kemi House. The rooms are clean and modern. Old town just a few minutes away. Location is perfect. Laundry service was great and they also have bicycles. The family is incredibly nice. We highly recommend this place. Thank you again for the amazing stay!

    My husband and I stayed for 4 days initially but we loved it so much we booked a further 2 days before continuing our travels. It is simply the best place to stay if you visit Hoi An. It is on the beach and about 10 mins taxi from Hoi An. Qua and her sisters and parents do a fabulous job at making everything do perfect. We loved An Bang Sea Scape Homestay

    Location right on An Bang beach. Great restaurant attached to the hotel. Very affordable honestly. Clean, lovely rooms, staff were very helpful and friendly Plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. Can’t fault this homestay.
