The staffs there provided an excellent service for pick-up. They pick-up us from Ita Thao to their hotel. They even bring us to the Formosa Culture village when the cable car was out of service due windy condition. They also provided some advice on how to plan some visits. The staff also has exclusive discount for boat ride, bicycle rent and Formosa Culture village tickets. Can also play with their friendly dogs.

My stay at Mei Jen House BnB was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and friendliness of the owner, Mei Jen, and her daughter, Pam, made me feel right at home. The hospitality extended beyond mere courtesy; Mei Jen and Pam went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always ready with helpful tips about exploring Sun Moon Lake and were genuinely interested in making sure I had a memorable experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the thoughtful amenities provided. From the cozy rooms to the well-stocked shared areas, every detail seemed to be carefully considered to enhance guests' comfort. Mei Jen even surprised me with small touches like fresh fruit and local snacks at breakfast, which added an extra layer of warmth to my stay. The location of Mei Jen House BnB is also worth mentioning. Situated near Sun Moon Lake, it offered breathtaking views and easy access to the area's attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helped us a lot in organizing our ongoing travels with bus and train. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding, and having done sports in the morning it was just the perfect meal to start the day. I highly recommend.
