Very good for short term stays. It is an extremely charming and comfortable place. I also enjoyed the mood music every time I sat down to eat. The aesthetics of the place is beautiful and the room was small but functional. And as my partner said, "The pastries were devine!" As a hospitality instructor, it is somewhere I would definitely recommend to others.

I arrived in Taipei around midnight, yet check-in was still possible. I had two 20kg bags with me (I am an exchange student and am living here for a year!), but the staff were extremely kind and helped me move my things. They also moved me to a larger room, no extra charge, so that I didn't have to go up and down the stairs with my suitcase. Additionally, staff helped me organise my taxi trip to Taipei the next day. For such an exhausting, long journey on the plane I was very glad to have no hassles on my arrival! :)
