Wonderfully clean, crisp air conditioning, great WiFi, really comfortable bed, clean sheets and bedding and a fantastic swimming pool that was very well maintained, we even had extra towels for the pool in our room. Bicycle hire is available from the sister hotel a couple of minutes walk from here. We used the bicycles to explore Sukhothai and didn't have any issues. We'd love to have stayed here a few days longer, but our schedule wouldn't allow it.

House host is super nice!! The breakfast is so delicious that we always finished all. Hotel located at the center area, so it’s convenient to go to the historical park or night market, and not noisy at all since it’s not on side of the main road. Definitely recommend it to my friends!

The place is tranquil. Very private. There were two pools. Amazing to relax. The new city is just a 5 minutes walk. The Historical park is 11 km. We booked a bike from one of the hotel's partners, "The perfect resort" which is a 2 minutes walk from this resort, and the bike rental is 250 baht per day. Everything is amazing.

    The staffs are very friendly and supportive. It’s literary like a home stay. Breakfast was full of seasonal fruits and warm fried rice with an egg, which was beyond expectation. Bicycle is free for rent. Very close to the historical park and other shops & restaurants, just 3-5 minutes of biking get you arrive there.
