It is less than a 10-minute walk to the waterfall and and less than 5 minutes to the train station. The food was also delicious. I recommend the on-site restaurant. The Homestay is run by a family who really tries to make you feel comfortable. The area is pretty and very close to the waterfall and the Hellfire pass. Some restaurants and supermarkets are in walking distance as well. Rooms were clean and quiet and spacious. Comfortable outside sitting areas, and even a free coffee corner. We ate at the restaurant there and although limited options, it was fantastic value for money.
