We loved the location close to Singha Park as we attended an event there, also good choice of local restaurants nearby. Lovely clean house in a nice setting,a very relaxing stay.

1. The host speaks English and is very helpful. He gave us a few tips on where to eat and what to see around. 2. The room is spacious and clean. The interior looks fresh. 3. The breakfast is included in the price. Everything was great. If I ever visit Chiang Rai again, I will definitely stay here.

We had a nice big blue room with sofa. There is also a nice garden place for breakfast. You can walk to Blue temple (before 19h there are no other people) and great restaurant Chivit Thamma from there. Recommended !
