I had an amazing stay here and truly felt like part of the family. The hosts were incredibly warm, caring and always made sure I was comfortable during my stay. Their hospitality was exceptional and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The family is very kind and genuine — the son took us on a beautiful hike and guided us through the nature trails, sharing interesting stories and local knowledge. It was one of the highlights of our trip. The father also offers city tours, and he made sure we got to see the best places while learning the history and culture of the area. They really go out of their way to help their guests enjoy the stay to the fullest. The home was clean, comfortable and peaceful. You can feel the love and effort they put into maintaining their place and treating guests like close friends. This is not just accommodation, it is a warm local experience that you won’t find everywhere. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing, friendly and memorable stay. I will definitely come back again!

Truly the best homestay experience I've had so far. Kumari, the host, is incredibly kind and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The property is beautiful, filled with lush greenery and plants, creating a unique and artistic atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was taking a cooking class with Kumari. It was an amazing experience, and we learned so much! Breakfast was also a treat – delicious and home-cooked. The tuk-tuk tour offered by the homestay was also excellent and reasonably priced, a great way to explore the area. Can't recommended enough!

Put aside a few of your western standards and you will have a magnificent time at Woods hut with hosts Wasantha and Chithra; and of course Rashi, their son. They are really helpful in organising trips, predicting the weather (which is very useful in this sometimes cloudy/rainy area) and Chitra makes you a perfect dinner! Or if you like, you can go to the cafe, a 5 min walk, where you can play some pool and join a jam session.

Incredibly lovely and warm host family. We were greeted by Ajith and Priya with tea and biscuits and immediately connected with the family and the other guests. In the evening they cooked the most delicious dinner for us and the breakfast was really yummy with different local specialties. We learned many facts about the current situation in Sri Lanka which was really interesting. The big room we slept in was recently renovated, we got two warm blankets and there was even a hairdryer and a place to prepare tea which was super nice as it gets cold in the evenings. Thank you for making us feel welcome in your home! I can truly recommend AGP Home.
