I highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting kandy and will definitely stay here again! loved relaxing by looking at the greenies surrounding.WiFi was bit slow at times, but that was not an issue.

Our bicycle journey around Sri Lanka has a stop in a Kandy too. A city that should not be missed on your Sri Lanka trip as also a place called Galkaduwa360 Villa in the middle of city with a 360 view an all of it. What makes place even more home like is an owner Susantha which is always ready for help and conversation, good company and fun. So that is probably also the one more reason why we prolonged our one night stay in to two nights. The place is cosy, very clean and modern arranged. With A/C, great WI-FI, 360 city view and a lot more. Don,t miss Kandy and take a rest in heaven's place Galkaduwa360 Villa. Highly reccomended by Gregor and Staš.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted not just as guests, but truly as friends. The warmth and hospitality of Sudesh’s family made this one of the most memorable stays of our trip. The food was absolutely delicious – all home-cooked meals prepared with love by the owner’s family, and every bite felt like a taste of authentic Sri Lankan home life. The guesthouse is located a little outside the busy town of Kandy, which turned out to be a big plus – peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the entire atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. We left with full hearts (and stomachs!), and we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine and heartwarming stay in Kandy!

Our stay at Mountain View Guest House was truly a dream come true, a perfect 10/10 in every way! We came here for our honeymoon, and from the moment we arrived, everything felt magical. We absolutely fell in love with the peaceful and scenic atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax and create unforgettable memories together. But what made our experience truly special was the owner, Kanu. He is one of the kindest, most genuine people we’ve ever met. Whether it was offering us rides in his tuktuk to explore the area, stopping at beautiful spots for us to take photos, or simply checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, Kanu was always there with a big smile and a warm heart. The place was really comfortable, and the view from the terrasse was really nice! The staff was really nice, they gave us some very good recommendations for traditional massage, a driver, etc. The traditional breakfast was amazing! It is walking distance to the city center.
