Everything! We were met by Asai who explained everything we needed to know including payments, food options, rentals etc. Bungalows are lovely and have a fan which was absolutely fine for us. There are only 6 and they are spaced out from each other so you feel you have privacy. Each bungalow had a nice outdoor seating area. The restaurant served amazing food, we had breakfast every day and dinner once and was really good with very, very generous portions! It's also a lovely setting and if you climb a few stairs there is a rooftop platform for lounging on. Kayaks are available for rental which would be perfect as the property is based amongst the mangroves, unfortunately we didn't get to to this as they were booked out! And yes, the river otter is still there and very cute! You will hear him coming when the dogs go mental lol. As per other reviews it is in a rural location, however based on our research of reviews and being able to ride bikes, this was no problem for us. However even if you don't drive, its a great location for just chilling and relaxing! Property can also support you with tuk tuks to and from the pier. We had a great stay, thank you to Lin, Asai, Lily and family!

Mr Hun and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Nice relaxing atmosphere and beatiful views. Lovely sunsets and gorgeous sunrises. The location in the meeting of the river and the sea make of this gesthouse a magical spot to discover Koh rong island's treasures. Our staying was wondsrful. Thanks

Great place to stay - you can enjoy both - privacy, other guests' company if you like, and furry(very pleasant and well-behaving!)cats. It's close to the piers, restaurants, and pubs, but at the same time at the back of it so you won't be disturbed by noises from the outside. Also a work space with a good wifi.

We still can’t believe how our stay has flown at Nice Beach Bungalow. At first we were skeptical when booking the bungalow considering it had gaps between the roof and the walls, but nothing happened, no insect nor gecko came in. The mosquito net did its job and it felt like sleeping in a tent with only the sound of the waves and birds. The shared bathrooms were spotless and were always available. The location is authentic and unique, although is not on the main beach, it was very quiet and was kept clean every day by the staff. It was so good waking up and going straight to the beach. We were so happy with the restaurant, there was a lot to choose at any time of the day, the food was delicious, very well cooked and was not that pricey considering we were on an island. We could see every day guests from nearby accommodations coming here, which is a good sign. Lastly but not least, we were so delighted with the staff, they make you feel welcome and are all hard working. Special praise goes to Dina who was our point of contact and went above and beyond with any request we had. We will surely come back here and wish all the best to this business.

Simon the manager, is speaks fully in English and can wasily arrange anything for you from scooter or island tours. Clean room and clean comfortable beds. Fan works great but AC availble for those that need it. Great fair priced store below owned by the family. Drinking water and hot/cold water in lobby.

Apsara is run by a very nice french-cambodian couple the staff is also very friendly and nice people. If I had some favourite seafood I wanted someone would go to the market and buy it fresh then cook it very delicious.

    This place is located in the mangrove forest, in the middle of a fisherman village in the north of the island, this is the perfect place for someone who wants to live a local experience, and escape from the busy party scenery of the island, the nature is amazing, with wild otters visiting you, and loads of friendly locals that will smile at you, Johnny is a great and kind host that will help you with anything you need. Try to spend more than three days here to have a full experience.

    Spacious room. Mattress was comfortable. Great location, at the end of the “strip” of restaurants on Koh Toch. Staff were very nice. Slept quite good when the locals weren’t wailing on karaoke right outside!! Good if you want a budget stay on the island

    The location was great, in the heart of the bay. We asked for a room with a view/ balcony with our booking, and we were lucky to be given one. So recommend asking for one, or you may end up with a not a good view. Simon was a great host and more than helpful to accommodate any needs. The level of accommodation is probably the best on the island that we saw. The price reflects the accommodation so we were not disappointed.

    Great location, you can rent scooters which you will need anyways to get around the island. Very calm and authentic experience in newly built bungalows, they sit on the water in a quiet fishing village. You'll meet more locals than tourists in this area and there are some great options nearby for local food and even restaurants. Johney is also really friendly and welcoming.
