This place is still as clean, as beautiful and as comfortable as ever. The woman working there is lovely and very helpful. This place is one of my favorites in Sihanoukville and I plan to come back for a few weeks soon. I have travelled the world and I have never seen anything like this. It is elegant well built and is absolutely stunning. Some rooms even have their own swimming pool. The room was very large. Where else would you see that. If that place was anywhere else you would be paying,$600 to $1200 PER NIGHT. The staff were magic also. The wfi was sensational.

Very friendly and helpful stuff, good breakfast cafe 1 min away and a fantastic gym 2 min away. The price is unbeaten in Sihanoukville , room is very clean.

The room was fantastic, 4 months in sth east Asia and I find this little gem !!! Price fair, wifi perfect , bed so comfy, staff happy 😊, room so clean, desk inside, good size fridge to , everything I liked, location nice to I honestly would go back !! I'm not understanding of some of the reviews tho, most are good but some not that good, I've stayed in so many places in my 4 months in vietnam, Laos and Cambodia , this was one of the best !!!

Great location and price. Very friendly. Clean room and bedding. Walk out to the main street, turn left and walk for about 100 yards. You will find a great place to eat, fresh, made to order and cheap. Not open for breakfast.

Simple bungalow with basic amenities but very comfortable. Looked exactly like the pictures. Staff was exceptionally helpful. An authentic stay. Book a ferry that stops at Eden Pier to avoid a 30 min walk along the beach with your luggage.
