What a wonderful experience! Mr. Mars' hospitality was exceptional, exceeding all expectations. He readily assisted with activities and transportation, even suggesting skiing when I had no plans. He arranged for a ski instructor who spoke excellent English. The hotel was impeccably clean and beautifully themed; my room was fresh and spotless, with clean linens. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared each morning. Mr. Mars' thoughtful gesture of driving me to the bus station and ensuring I boarded the correct marshrutka was truly appreciated. My father and I loved our night at this establishment! It looks like nothing from the street, but once we entered the grounds of the house, the owners showed us into a building that contains a beautiful modern kitchen on the ground floor and a few bedrooms and a shared bathroom upstairs. It's just like in the photos, modern and clean. The blankets were super soft, I slept like a baby. The owners are adorable! They don't speak English, but with Google Translate we managed to communicate without any problem. We were able to use their laundry machine and they gave us several apples from their garden. Speaking of their garden, there is a beautiful little spot to relax overlooking the river, very peaceful. Finally, a beautiful typical breakfast, egg, sausage, bread, jelly, cheese, tea and coffee. I recommend staying here!

The host was amazing. We arrived late in the evening and she helped us organize transport to Altyn Arashan for the next day in the morning. We even got our breakfast packed to-go at 6:00 AM. We came back to stay another night after hiking because we liked it so much and the breakfast was delicious again.

The hospitality from the hosts was exceptional. The guesthouse compound was beautifully made and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was a high point, with most of it being home produced goods and served Central Asian style if was a great chance to meet other guests. I wish I could have stayed for another night or two.
