The guesthouse was beautiful and very thoughtfully decorated. The owners were very warm and friendly they tried to take care of everything and even drove us to the Fuji station after we checked out. The living room and kitchen were excellent and all the instructions were meticulously written. We saw Fuji-san from our room window.

A Beautiful, serene and magical place. Waking up here at 5 a.m. to see the fog roll over the mountain Infront of the glassy lake is a dream come true! The host was very kind and helpful and provided us a space to park for our rental car. The facilities was also very clean and the kitchen is complete for any type of food preparing activity. There are also blanket heaters provided for sleep. A traditional house which is comfortable to stay. I do hope there is some communication or guide a bit when we arrive/leave because we are not sure if it was ok to just barge in since the host was not around to receive us, but it was not too much of a problem since we did informed him we would arrive late and he came later that night to greet us and ensure we are settle in. Overall it was an experience that i will never forget staying there and I hope to come again in the future.

The atmosphere there is lovely, the beds were big and confortable, everithing was clean. Excellent location also and I reccomend to use their free bicycle service to look around. I hope to come back to this hostel

This is the best hostel we’ve ever stayed at. The owner was amazing and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. She provided bread and eggs for breakfast which we didn’t expect, so it was so nice!

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They also have many useful info booklets prepared in the common area for you including where to visit, nice restaurants nearby, etc. The facilities are great as well. Modern shower facilities and very cute decorations all around the place. The location is very good as well, close to a common bus stop and accessible to everywhere around the mt. fuji area even without a car.

We had a great stay! The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and had plenty towels and extra blankets. The communal areas were kept very well, plenty fridge space upstairs and down, well stocked kitchen. Shower and bathroom facilities were incredibly clean. Very quiet at night, even though they very kindly provided us with earplugs. The location is fabulous, only a few steps from the bus/train station, lawsons, 7/11. Very close to the lake which makes for a lovely walk. We would definitely stay here again, thank you!

it was such a nice place with a lot of space to rest and lounge, a japanese cultural exchange area, a dining corner and more! the facilities were great :-) the staff were so kind and provided us delicious bread and coffee for breakfast! we had a wonderful stay <3 thank you!

warm, quite and clean house. Really close to the Hirano bus station, host is very friendly and nice to the guest. They also provide delicious breakfast, and if you’re a cat lover u must love this place, here are two cuteee cats！
