+the place was clean +there was a washing machine and detergent +shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste were available +has a kettle, microwave, fridge and you could use a cooking pan if you pay ¥500 for the gas. Also a TV! +there was a balcony +friendly staff -sometimes hot water would not come out of the shower even if you waited a long time -the bed was a bit uncomfortable -kinda far from the centre, but there is a bus stop right next to it and also a Lawson across the street

The house is spacious. We are two families with kids and our kids were so happy running around the living area. The beds are very comfortable. There is tatami room which is good for families with babies. The location is very close to the beach. Only 6 minutes walking. The location are is also quite. We love spending our weekend in this place. Definitely will come back here if there is any chance.

I met the owner, Iki, who was very friendly and accommodating. Her house is lovely with all the facilities that we need. It has parking spot that can fit 2 MPVs. The house has good heater system (we went in winter), washer, tatami & beds, kitchen for us to cook with basic appliances. The location is about 10-15mins away from the Hakodateyama Gondola (our main target was Mt Hakodateyama to play snow). The house was easy to find as per the google map's direction.
