A lovely accommodation! Simple, clean, and very, very authentic. The owners were incredibly kind and generous and made us feel very very welcome (and they have the cutest Shiba Inu)! And you will be sleeping in an authentic Japanese home. Thank you! We’ll be back next time we’re in Kanazawa.

I found the place great for exploring Kanazawa: you get an entire traditional Japanese house for yourself, in a quiet place despite being 20 minutes by foot from Kenroku-en garden and the castle, and at a very competitive price. It was extremely clean and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Highly recommended!

    This was an incredible experience staying with some lovely locals Nina and Masaki. The nightly activities were a real highlight and something I will not forget for a long time. The facilities were clean and comfortable. It's a really cute space. Don't leave Ponghi without asking Nina about her favourite J-Pop songs ;)

    Very lovely guest house with a great host. Pleasant change to the usual choice of more or less soulless hotels if you want something more unique. I visited for a couple of days to see Kanazawa. Would definitely choose this accommodation again. Medium-duration walk to the city centre.
