Location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The place was well designed, with everything necessary for a comfortable and functional stay. The owners were very friendly and always ready to help. Free parking is available less than 5 minutes away. Highly recommended.

The room was recently renovated and had all amenities that could ask for including a hair dryer! The location is great, next to a local parking lot and the main road of villasimius. Simius beach is also walking distance 15 mins or so. Noemi was very helpful and accommodating and got our days started with beautiful breakfasts! Would definitely recommend it if you are visiting the area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a clean, modern apartment just steps away from the center and 15 minute walk from the sea, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. The apartment itself was immaculate and clearly very new, with fresh furnishings and all the comforts of home. Everything was well thought out, from the cozy interior to the fully equipped kitchen. They had a jacuzi. The location was perfect for a relaxing seaside getaway. The owner was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The check-in and registration process was smooth and effortless, which really helped start the stay on a positive note.

I Will write in English, even if I could do it in Italian, or Polish. I do it in purpose as this message should be more for non Italians. We liked all. Absolutely perfect hosts/ owners. Pino gave us lots of nice live lessons and Katia (hope I write it correctly) hints about surroundings. Place is out of the center but this is the biggest plus. No noise, no bars open till 3am, pure nature and rest. The house itself is huge but we stayed in a separate app. Animals are here and they are more than friendly. To the center is 5 min by car, also a big supermarket is 3 min away. Thank you! It is also perfect for families with kids or friends. Punta Molentis is the best beach if you like snorkeling and not to have crowds.

The location is nice as well, just off the main street with a variety of restaurants to choose from. Property is very clean with a fabulous pool. Would definitely come back!
