We were in emergency, we needed a room immediately because of car problems. We think this apartment was a very good value for money, comfortable, clean, equipped with everything we needed. It was our perfect shelter. Restaurants in walking distance, close to public transportation. And we are really thankful to our extremely helpful host!

One of the best places I have stayed in Italy! Both hosts were very lovely and they gave good recommendations for restaurants and even helped us to book each time. Room is spacious and clean! The area around the main tourist attraction can be noisy and packed but once you enter Garden Renascentia you feel like you stepped into a calm oasis and you recharge yourself for the next day. There are snacks in the room provided and free drinks every evening. Though no breakfast but there are plenty of breakfast places around the accommodation. I booked this place because of the good reviews and rating and they have lived up to the standard and reviews. They were also very prompt in responses over email on queries. Will definitely return to this gem in Firenze!

The location was superb, 2 min away from the dome and 10min from the SMN train station. The staff was really friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and In the evening we enjoyed a glass of prosecco on our terrace.

It’s the perfect pied à terre to visit Florence! Very well located, right by the water and the tram to the airport, walking distance to everything. Communication with the host is super easy, they even provide a pdf with their favorite local spots. Super clean and convenient Very good quality for the price I’d definitely stay here again!
