The room and the place are brand new and beautifully renovated. The hosts are kind and helpful and keep the house clean and in order. During the day I was out to visit different places in the region. If you are without car ask the hosts to sent you the schedule of the bus. Buy tickets from the bus tickets center near to the train station. Consider the fact that if you buy tickets from the busdriver you have to pay 2.50 instead of 1.50. I spent a great time in this place and for sure will visit it again.

Wow, that was really surprising. What a wonderful and lovely place, hidden away in an inconspicuous location. Completely unexpected, magnificent experience, place filled with the soul and affection of the owner. We are still enchanted after our return, we will certainly remember our stay for a long time. I arrived after a 2.5 day coach journey from London with not much sleep to an amazing room(The Romantic room) with a huge welcoming bath tub perfection. Hosts were amazingly hospitable and helpful. Was planing to go to Pisa but I couldn’t leave the fantastic pool what was the point? It was so hot. Made the best choice I’ll do it on another trip which will be very soon. This is my new favourite place and it will be for ever 😊😊😊. The restaurant was also faultless amazing food amazing staff don’t know what to say🤷‍♀️ Hoping to bring a friend before the end of summer 😊

Villa is beautiful with lots of nice decorations. It’s clean and comfortable. Owners are very kind. They are preparing an amazing breakfast every day and we even arranged with them to prepare a dinner for us one evening. Our stay was great and I hope to come again in summer when the pool is open.

The location is great! The room has a private bathroom, heating in the room works great (we were there during the winter). The kitchen and the balcony are common spaces to share with others. You have everything you need in the kitchen to cook, you can leave your food in the fridge, there is also a dishwasher and coffee machine. The view of Tuscany hills from the balcony is wonderful, you can hear the sound of a brook. The owner Irene was a wonderful host, she gave us all the necessary information and here energy is very positive, welcoming and warm. We received vouchers for breakfast in a local bar with pastries. We were satisfied with the breakfast. Vinci definitely stole our hearts and we both knew the moment we entered the Bellavelle Rooms, that this is the place we want to return to!
