Excellent apartment in the old centre of Lazise. It is in a busy environment, but with soundproof windows this does not disturb. In September, the area was very quiet all night after the terraces close. The recommended parking is nearby, so it is no big deal to get the luggage to the accommodation. The owners are friendly and helpful, all necessary information was provided well in advance and checking in is easy.

Cant wait to come back to beautiful Lake Garda and there is no other place that we would consider staying. We made a great friend in Nico and he was so wonderful our entire stay. The ambiance in the room itself is very nice and cheerful, so we felt very comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the space for storing the wardrobe is very practical and fits perfectly into the environment. The bathroom is great with all the necessary amenities. It even has a bidet! We always had water from the machine and tea available in the hallway. The facility is located near the bus station, so it is very easy to visit all the surrounding facilities. At the bottom of the accommodation is a great restaurant. The building's entrance overlooks a small square with restaurants. Nearby is a pharmacy as well as an old bar where we had fantastic croissants for breakfast and drank great coffee! Most of all, we would like to praise the friendly host who was always there for all our questions! The place has a special charisma, tucked away in old buildings, one of which is a church, so we really had the opportunity to feel the spirit of Italy. We will definitely visit it again!

Excellent location, breakfast minimal but fresh and tasty. The facility has an elevator, free parking, and a reception desk that is open until 5 p.m. for check-in, after which the building is locked. What is most valuable in this facility are the employees, the wonderful receptionist and the truly excellent breakfast lady.

Very nice hotel! One of the best place to stay where I been in Italy. Delicious breakfast with good choices. Super clean and new room. Private, secured large territory for car parking. Only 7-10 min from Garda lake. Perfect quality per price. Strongly recommended, we stayed there twice.
