A nice room onto the Piazza Santo Spirito. Nice and close to most of the main attractions. The location was full of great bars and restaurants and had a lovely vibe. The host Filippo was great! Great communication throughout, very friendly and welcoming.

The location of this place is just awesome, literally a stones throw away from the amazing Duomo! Everything is in walking distance, great shops, restaurants and attractions. Rooms are spacious, clean and so comfortable. Fatima and Teresa were very attending and helpful with tips on where to go. We loved spending two nights at the Relais Tosinghi 💕

I liked everything regarding my stay at Santa Rosa rooms! I loved the bedroom decoration as well as the colours they have chosen for the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the room and the rest of the area were very clean. Despite there was no breakfast, the owners have a small space equipped with kitchen facilities and espresso machine in order to make your coffee (they offer espresso capsules for free)!!!

A perfect place to stay in Florence, very central to all points of interest, but quiet and secure. Lovely old building with amazing high ceilings but modernised and very comfortable. Hot water was hot, shower had a good water pressure. Coffee, tea and fruit available. But the best about this place was the host. Mario is the loveliest person, he made us feel welcome, offered some local recommendations, and kept bags safe after checkout time. He also runs a lovely shop downstairs with a good selection of wine and other local treasures. Grazie, Mario! We will be back next time we are jn Florence.
