What I liked was that the same key opened all doors to the building to the unit and the door to the room.. Very modern facilities comfortable bed.There was a common room with artistic books and travel guides.

Easy check in process, we called them on WhatsApp and they talked us through the entrance. There was a pack of breakfast goodies that was complementary which was lovely. Good clean facilities. A separate relaxation area where you can eat your food (not allowed in rooms which is completely understandable if you've eaten a saucy, cheesy authentic italian pizza before, it can get messy). Daily housekeeping. Lovely garden surrounding the place.

    Quiet and so peaceful but so close (3 minutes) to the Duomo and therefore the rest of this city’s beautiful centre. Patrick is a great host and wet loved the feeling of staying in a private home rather than a hotel. Our room was enormous and full of character. A totally unique stay.
