The hotel is located in a great spot, with convenient parking (private service) and close to major attractions within walking distance. My boyfriend and I spent two nights in this gorgeous apartment and we were absolutely in love with it! It is so tastefully decorated with completely new furniture and most importantly SO CLEAN! The location is perfect. It is situated in the more local part of the town, but is a 10 to 20 minute walk from the city centre with all the touristy places. A special thanks goes to the host, Mirko, who was very sweet with helping us carry our luggage and gave us a whole list with amazing places to visit and eat at. All in all, we cannot recommend this places enough and would definitely book it again in a heartbeat should we ever visit Florence again :)

    Quiet and so peaceful but so close (3 minutes) to the Duomo and therefore the rest of this city’s beautiful centre. Patrick is a great host and wet loved the feeling of staying in a private home rather than a hotel. Our room was enormous and full of character. A totally unique stay.
