Stunning location and the villa and our hosts were Patrizia and her husband were very helpful and friendly. We stayed there 5 nights while we explored the area. Patrizia provided us with excellent Tuscan home cooked meals on 3 of the nights we were there. We sat in their beautiful garden enjoying the food and local wine without having to go into the city to eat.

When we arrived at the accommodation, surrounded by a beautiful landscape, our hostess Jasmin welcomed us and showed us around the stunningly beautiful property. We immediately felt at home, which was mainly due to the great service and the extravagant interior design. The entire house is incredibly tastefully furnished and invites you to relax. The rooms are very comfortable and wonderfully equipped. We left the villa with a homemade peach cake and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Having been kept informed by our hosts as to the key codes and what to do it was easy and the mini apartment was really lovely. there was a lift so no stairs to climb.

The central location was perfect for us as pilgrims walking the Cammino Di San Francesco, with ease of entry from a link of our phone and lovely spacious room with bathroom. The COOP was just a short walk away for supplies and the bed was super comfortable. On such a hot day the air conditioning was also a welcome relief 🥰

Location is great, cool neighbourhood and not to touristy. Filippo was very helpful when we arrived and recommended some good restaurants. Room nice.

Great location , great bed, pefecr linen, perfect garden for eavning or morning ! Breakfast at San Marco a bit anoying you can not choose from all bagels but the one that they tell you... I do not get it really, you can have this croasan but not the other one?
